Spotify says I return most often to Pritam, Sajjan Raj Vaidya, Anuv Jain, Ed Sheeran and Prateek Kuhad. That measures repetition rather than affection. Nothing below is ranked, including the order of the languages.
The ones that turn up most often in what I actually play.
Mostly film music, and Pritam is behind more of it than anyone else.
The widest section and the least consistent one. Elvis and Michael Jackson at one end, Olivia Rodrigo at the other, and a lot of country in between.
Country Roads and Leaving on a Jet Plane both remind me of home.
Folsom Prison Blues especially. He and John Denver are the two I always come back to.
Nearly all of it arrived through anime and Japanese film, which is not a coincidence.Anime
Not enough of any of these to be a section on its own, which is the honest way to show it.
Bach, Beethoven, Mozart and Chopin are the ones I come back to. Forest of Piano is one of my favourite anime, which is not a coincidence.
